Next Level Autism Adult Services
We offer one of the lowest PASA administrative percentages fees in CO and NV – Ensuring more of the funding goes directly to you, the caregiver, where it counts.
Caring for an adult child with a disability is a profound, lifelong commitment. Many families choose to remain primary caregivers through the Family Caregiver program, others reach a point where transitioning that care to a trusted Host Home provider becomes the next step. Both paths offer meaningful support, the difference lies in who provides the daily care. Whether you’re continuing the journey at home or choosing a host home setting, we’re here to help you navigate what’s best for your loved one.
Reach out today to explore becoming a Host Home Caregiver or to begin—or continue—your journey as a Family Caregiver with us.

FAMILY CAREGIVER VS HOST HOME CAREGIVER
Family Caregiver Responsibilities
Family Caregivers provide daily care and support for their adult loved one with a disability and qualified under the DD or NV ID/DD waiver, while living in the same home. Responsibilities may include assistance with bathing, dressing, meals, behavior support, medication administration, and attending medical appointments, supported community connection and more. Care is deeply personal and rooted in the ongoing parent-child or familial relationship. This is a contract position due to the nature of the waiver.
Compensation: Depends on the level of care necessary needed, but a family caregiver is paid for daily residential care, supportive community connection (meaningful outings), mileage and more. This could range from 3K to over 8K depending on level of care,
Host Home Providers welcome an adult with disabilities into their home and take on full caregiving responsibilities. This includes personal care, behavior support, daily living skills, meal prep, transportation, medication administration, documentation, and advocacy. Unlike Family Caregivers, Host Home Providers are not related to the individual and serve as independent contractors creating a supportive, long-term living environment.
Compensation: Depends on the level of care necessary needed, but a host home caregiver is paid for daily residential care, supportive community connection (meaningful outings), mileage and more. This could range from 3K to over 8K depending on level of care,
